It ensures public access to information under the Public Records Act, preserves legislative history, oversees municipal elections, and enforces transparency in campaign finance and conflict of interest disclosures.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">The City Clerk\u2019s Office is led by the City Clerk, who is elected by residents to serve a four\u2011year term.
