The City acknowledges that the provision of Wireless Facilities is highly technical and subject to various federal, state, and local regulations. These guidelines address Small Wireless Facilities (\u201cSWF\u201d), as defined by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in 47 C.F.R. \u00a7 1.6002(I) and provide guidance on submitting application materials for new SWF within the City.<\/p>\n<p>Please be advised that applications and resubmittals are only accepted in the morning hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, excluding holidays and City Closures by appointment only.
