The City of Gardena<\/strong> has received this prestigious award for 39 consecutive years. The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government agency.<\/p>\nThe City has also been awarded the prestigious Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for its annual budget for the 9th consecutive year<\/strong>.
