This plan will guide the physical development of the city the next 15-20 years.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Developed over an 18-month period, the plan is based upon a collaborative effort involving the community, property owners, chamber of commerce and homeowners alike. The general plan is the long range \u201cblueprint\u201d for a jurisdiction and guides development decisions, identifies long-term objectives for the next 15-20 years and contains policies and actions to help achieve community goals over the period of time.
