A permit is NOT required for affairs held on private property, such as a residence.<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Gardena Municipal Code Section 5.08.190, a permit is required in order to hold a dance at any fraternal hall or public assembly place. It is not required nor issued for affairs held at private homes.
