You must bring the completed form and your bill stubs to Gardena City Hall, 1700 W 162nd Street, Room #106. <em><strong>You must apply for this refund in person.\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Please indicate if your utilities are included in the rent or are billed through a submeter.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>What can you claim?\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can claim a refund for all the <strong>Gardena Utility User&#8217;s Tax<\/strong> you paid on all of your utility bills. The utility user&#8217;s tax is listed as &#8220;<strong>City Tax<\/strong>&#8221; or &#8220;<strong>Gardena Tax<\/strong>&#8220;.
