The City of Gardena Economic Business Advisory Council (GEBAC)
Its mission is to promote economic opportunities by establishing and preserving a business and job friendly environment to attract and retain businesses, industry and commerce, that will enhance Gardena’s economic viability, financial stability, and improve the overall quality of life of its residents.
GEBAC Goals:
- Promote new business development opportunities;
- Strengthen the relationship between the City and the business community;
- Support retention and attraction of diversified tax base for the long-term viability of the City;
- Provide support on issues affecting the economy and quality of life in the City;
- Review City business practices and programs to ensure the City of Gardena remains business-friendly
The Council consists of eleven members from the business community within the City of Gardena. The current members are:
