Recently a long-time resident of the City entered into an agreement to buy the home of his next-door neighbor of 20 years who was about to retire and wanted to move to another location.
The neighbor’s real estate broker presented all of the necessary paperwork listing the neighbor as the legal owner of the property. In two months the sale was consummated and the seller moved out of state.
