At this time, application are now being accepted for two (2) affordable units available for purchase at the new residential development known as Marine Place and located at 2545 Marine Avenue.
Affordable Housing Guidelines
The Affordable Housing Guidelines (PDF) contain the affordable housing application and placement process for both developers of affordable housing and the City for the Marine Place project.
