User Fee Schedule
The City of Gardena reviews its fees and adjusts periodically to ensure user fees are consistent with the industry’s best practices and current processes, account for inflation, and may add or remove fees based on program and service changes.

Proposed New User Fee Schedule
The proposed fee schedule will recover 41% of the costs for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and adjust allowable fees each fiscal year thereafter by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for All Urban Consumers (Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, CA). If adopted, development-related fees will go into effect on August 1, 2025. All other fees and facility rental rates will be effective on July 1, 2025.

The proposed fee schedule does not impact Recreation class fees or community event fees and continues to support fee subsidies for non-profit organizations.
