Capital Improvement Program
The City invests in its infrastructure through the two-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Utilizing various funding sources, Gardena acquires, repairs, or replaces the major assets needed to deliver services to its residents and businesses. The CIP includes street rehabilitation, sanitary sewer and stormwater repairs, the replacement of major building systems, and a variety of other projects.
