City Standards
All work shall be constructed in conformance with “The Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction” (GREENBOOK) unless otherwise noted and approved by City.
City standards provide information on how to perform work in the public right-of-way. Standards are general guidlines used by Contractors and builders on how to repair, replace, restore, construct and install a structure, facility, or system or a portion thereof. City standards are strictly adhered to when doing work in the public right-of-way. Standards help to ensure and maintain a public environment that is safe and conforming to the overall appearance of the City. Standards are routinely enforced by inspections and by Code Enforcement.
